Error Handling

In order to achieve a successful integration of Nuitee API Web Service, the client should be aware of the errors that might occur during method calls.

If there is any error, the ‘Response Status’ node in response contains the error information. We have classified the errors into the following categories:

  • Login Errors.
  • Validation Errors.
  • System Errors.
  • Processing Errors.

All the errors are self-descriptive, besides some System Errors which are not explicitly described. If you are unable to resolve the error and repeatedly getting the same error, please feel free to contact us at [support@nuitee.ma].

Here we are providing a list of some common errors.

Login Errors

3001 Wrong Credentials.
3002 Session Invalid/Timeout.
3003 Login node is empty.
3004 Agency not allowed.
Validation Errors
Error Code Error Description
4001 City not found.
4002 Hotel not found.
4003 Invalid RateDetailCode.
4004 Invalid HotelCode.
4005 Insufficient balance.
4006 Invalid ConfirmPropertyCode.
4007 Invalid BookingId, booking not found.
4008 Invalid BookingId, booking not found.
4009 Bad Request, booking cannot be confirmed.
4010 Bad Request, booking cannot be reserved.
System Errors

500X Unable to process request.
Processing Errors

6001 No results found.
6002 CREDIT CARD payment is reserved for future use.
6003 Technical failure.
